Harvest period: September 15 through October 20

Vinification process: When the grapes have reached optimal ripeness, they are harvested manually, destemmed and crushed, and undergo fermentation in oak vats. After 30 days of fermentation and maceration, the wine is drawn off and goes to oak barrels to mature for 18-24 months. The wine is then ready for bottling, after which it receives an additional 6 months' bottle-ageing before release.

Sensory profile: Ruby red with purplish highlights, rich aromas of wild berries and blueberry; lean and crisp, savoury with excellent acidity, and tannins that are expressive but smooth and supple; good progression and length.

Alcohol: 13-13.5 % Vol.
