Extravirgin olive oil Le Montanine

Our estate's extravirgin olive oil is a blend of Impruneta traditional varieties Frantoio, Moraiolo, Leccino and Pendolino which are harvested by hand in October/November and milled using the continuous cycle system.
A limpid golden yellow with hints of green in color, its openings aroma is powerful and full of personality, characterized by intense green leafy notes and hints of antichoke. Its bitterpeppery tones are well-balanced on the palate, with vegetal and fruity nuances of balsamic herbs and dried fruit.
Excellent on porcini mushroom antipasti, legume soups, tasty pastas, grilled red meat and roasts.
