Electricity consumption 0.30 € per Kw (meter).Heating if necessary following meter and according to official price of gasoil. On request two free baby cots. Final cleaning 9 € per person (minimum 90 €). Extra bed if requested 85 € per week. Free baby cot. Caution money/damage deposit (refundable) in cash on arrival 1000 €.
